What are your payment terms?
Payment terms vary by service and project type. Most projects require either full payment upfront or a deposit before work begins. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Do you require a deposit?
Some projects require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Deposits help reserve project resources and cover initial planning, onboarding, and administrative work.

What is your refund policy?
If work has not yet begun, a refund may be available upon request.
If work has already started, refunds may be reduced based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred.
Completed services, delivered files, registrations, consultations, and educational services are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if I cancel my project?
Clients may cancel a project at any time. Any completed work, project expenses, contractor costs, and administrative fees incurred prior to cancellation may still be due.

How many revisions are included?
Revision limits vary by service.
Unless otherwise stated:

Mixing projects include up to 2 revision rounds.

Design projects include up to 2 revision rounds.

Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Project-specific revision terms will be provided before work begins.

How are contractors managed?
N.O. Records may utilize employees, contractors, volunteers, or approved service providers to fulfill project requests.
Contractor assignments are managed by N.O. Records unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Can I request a specific contractor or team member?
Yes. Clients may request a specific team member or contractor. Availability is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply depending on the request.

Who owns the final work?
Ownership rights, usage rights, and licensing terms will be outlined in the applicable project agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, N.O. Records does not claim ownership of a client's original music, compositions, or intellectual property.

How are invoices handled?
Invoices are typically issued electronically and may be paid using approved payment methods. Work may be delayed or paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.

Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans may be available for certain services and projects. Eligibility and terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
